Greg is a seasoned architect who brings over 15 years of experience to every EDGE project. Prior to establishing EDGE + Co, Greg worked at several New York-based architectural firms, amassing a rich and varied portfolio in the healthcare, retail, and commercial industries. Holder of a degree in architectural technology from New York Institute of Technology at Old Westbury, Greg is a proud member of the AIA and is NCARB certified. He currently maintains licensure in New York, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Virginia.

Over the years, Greg has developed a healthcare specialty that has attracted numerous clients in the subacute space. Clients appreciate his collaborative, approachable manner, and his focused approach to problem-solving.

Greg is a proud Long Island native. In his free time, he enjoys time with his family playing hockey and talking home improvement projects with friends.

With over 36 years of experience, Anthony brings the force of knowledge and expertise to projects across the healthcare continuum. He has executed projects as diverse as laboratories, emergency departments, out‐patient clinics, radiation oncology departments, and pediatric and adult acute care centers. In addition, he’s completed extensive work in long term care facilities such as CCRC’s, ILU’s, Assisted Living Communities, SNF’s and other long-term care facilities. Work includes New Hospital Additions and Renovations for Regional Medical Centers, Out‐Patient Care Centers, ICU’s, CCU’s, OR’s, ED’s, Diagnostic Imaging Facilities, Heart Centers, Cardiac Cath Labs, and other critical care facilities.

Anthony’s work in the residential, commercial, healthcare, institutional, public and private sectors has helped him develop trusted relationships with industry professionals, contractors, and building officials that allow him to navigate the design process with ease.

Anthony has designed and successfully completed projects with a cumulative construction value of over $980 million dollars.

A graduate of Columbia University with a Master’s degree in Architecture, Anthony is licensed and registered in New York and New Jersey, a Member of American Institute of Architects, and Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Anthony is also a Long Island native who loves to fish and golf in his free time.

Dennis Gonzalez has over 25 years of experience in expediting, permitting, and code and zoning compliance. His expertise spans residential, commercial, medical, educational, and mixed-use projects. A hands-on professional, Mr. Gonzalez remains actively involved in each project from initial filings to final approvals and sign-offs, working closely with clients, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure seamless and timely progress.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gonzalez has developed strong working relationships with numerous municipal agencies and authorities, including but not limited to:

• New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) – all 5 boroughs
• Department of Transportation (DOT)
• Transit Authority (MTA)
• Fire Department (FDNY)
• Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC)
• Department of Health (DOH)
• Environmental Control Board (ECB)

• Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA)

In addition to his experience within New York City, Mr. Gonzalez has forged strong relationships with local municipalities in Long Island, including the Town of Islip, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, and Suffolk County, facilitating efficient permitting and approvals. His expertise also extends beyond New York State, with expediting experience in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and work involving the Departments of Health (DOH)

Mr. Gonzalez is highly experienced in managing the complex regulatory processes.  He approaches every project with a proven management system, ensuring that client goals, deadlines, and regulatory requirements are achieved, while maintaining effective collaboration with municipal agencies to resolve complex code and zoning issues. His comprehensive knowledge and hands-on involvement provide clients with a high level of service and attention to detail, helping to anticipate and resolve challenges throughout the permitting and construction process.
